Liked: I can say that I had one of the most beautiful experiences ever at this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. First of all, the staff was punctual and precise. The girl at the reception was very cheerful and welcoming, while the guys had a more serious-looking attitude.We had a problem with the heating in the room since they didn’t have air conditioning for heating, only a radiator. We didn’t have this information, so the room stayed cold until the girl at the reception helped us turn it on. After that, everything was perfect.The cleanliness in the room was 10/10. The hotel had a lovely scent of freshness and cleanliness.As for the location, it was perfect as well. The National Museum was 10 minutes away, and the city center was a 20-minute walk, which was the greatest pleasure for us because the streets were filled with beautiful, impressive buildings.The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. The check-in and check-out procedures didn’t take much time, and I was happy about that.There were hundreds of restaurants near the hotel with very reasonable prices and tasty food. The markets were also very close, and there were many great options.
Disliked: What I didn’t like was the fact that we had requested a double bed. We even reserved a standard double bed and emphasized in every email and message that we wanted a double bed, but this was not realized. However, it wasn’t a problem, as we still had a great time, and Prague was fantastic.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, perfect...

Liked: Ideal location near the city center and in a good spot for transportation, not far from the central train station. The staff were friendly and smiling, the room was huge and super clean and elegant, and the most appreciated amenity in the bathroom is the bidet. Also, the breakfast was super delicious and diverse.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Liked: Location was good with 5 mins walk to transport access.
Disliked: Room could have been better. We were give the attic room in tip and with no ventilation. But it was alright to me not major issue.
