Liked: We stayed in a little loft, very cute, cozy and clean. The staff helped us in everything and they were super sweet, brought us a humidifier because we are from a humid place and that helped us a lot, everything great!

Overall highly recommend this great...

Liked: The staff at the hotel was really friendly and took the time to make sure that we had everything we needed and addressed issues quickly. The lobby entrance is a very short, flat walk from the base of the mountain, so getting to and from the lift was a breeze. Getting to use the hot tub after a long day was also amazing.
Disliked: I didn't love needing to climb a ladder to get to and from my bed, but that's life in a loft I guess.

Expensive, Uncomfortable stay will not...

Liked: The property was a bit too far from Taos, secluded away from shops and grocery shops.
Disliked: The shower was lucking curtains. The pull up sofa was dirty so was the sheets they provided. The hotel was noisy until late hours. The wood was squeaky and can hear guests walking next door.

Liked: This is the greatest place you can choose for your vacation. We traveled a lot but never met this level of professionalism and dedication, and overall beauty everywhere. We loved it and we will come back!

Nice place to stay in...

Liked: Nice ski lodge feel and spacious rooms. Clean and helpful staff.
Disliked: A little dated and worn. Most things were closed at the ski area.
