For starters when the power goes out so does the water, which is good to know in future cause you will not get any type of credit for the inconvenience. Got a suite and had a jacuzzi tub which the water came out of shower and faucet to fill. While looking for the remote found a dirty pair of underwear under the bed - disgusting! No one will answer the phone and no one was at desk for us to complain. Horrible experience - never again!

Liked: Our stay at Alpine inn was absolutely fantastic! The room were impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attraction and great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tahoe.
