For starters when the power goes out so does the water, which is good to know in future cause you will not get any type of credit for the inconvenience. Got a suite and had a jacuzzi tub which the water came out of shower and faucet to fill. While looking for the remote found a dirty pair of underwear under the bed - disgusting! No one will answer the phone and no one was at desk for us to complain. Horrible experience - never again!

Liked: Great location! We always stay here because of its walking distance to the strip. It's small and outdated but hey, it's clean and safe! Our last stay my husband left behind his iPad ( wrapped in the sheets) and when we returned a couple hours later, the cleaning staff had found it and returned it to us! We were extremely grateful!!!! Thanks again!

Liked: Room was nice and comfortable. Staff was helping and location was great. Also the hot tub was amazing after a long tiring day.

Disappointing

Disliked: One of the rooms heater was not working so they gave us a space heater which was also not working. Cold room during winter without any heat was not ideal.

Liked: Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. location was amazing, we loved walking in the neighborhood. Will stay again for sure!
