Liked: The staff are really excellent. Always smiling, courteous and very helpful.
Disliked: The room needs better aircon, on the top floor.

Liked: I often come there to ski and snowboard Alpine. I have parking at the hotel. In the morning I go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, then I go back to the room and go down to the hall with my skis. Everything is right under my nose. It's amazing. There is a very large shopping center nearby. Construction and food products. Clothing stores and sports stores. Pizzerias and restaurants. I have a sentiment for this place.

Good location but no heating...

Liked: The location, the restaurant, the bar.
Disliked: The beds are narrow, like for kids instead of adultsThe heating is not working and when I asked they said they know about the issue, it is a general issue, but are not aware when it will be fixed.After the third day cleaning I found a bug in the room getting out of the blanket set by the cleaners. Luckily, only one.

No heating in the room

Disliked: There was no heating in the room and when I've complained the stuff ofered another room - the heating was also not working. So it's either a general failure, or the hotel is cutting some costs.

Disappointing

Liked: Only one good thing that it’s in the Snow world and you can go change your clothes and relax whenever you want.
Disliked: Hotel itself is very worn out and needs imediate renovation. Rooms and corridors are very used and not in great shape. If you get an inner room, you will see just AC units in the roof, that makes noise 24/7. Windows are also blinded out, so not much daylight coming in. No amenities in the bathroom, only soap and shower gel. If the price of the hotel was half what we paid, we wouldn’t complain. But for this money it was really disappointing.Food in Grand Cafe is terrible. Been visiting this place many times, food quality didn’t change.

Liked: Proximity to the slopes
Disliked: At 2am fire alarm triggered so we had to evacuate outside of the hotel.We were there for more than 1 hour untill someone didnt come and switch off the alarm so we went back to the room.Later again around 3:30 alarm triggered and this time took more than 30 minutes for someone to shut it off.No one from hotel gave any explanation and people were really pissed.. hotel was full so was a lot of people on the hallways in the middle of the night.

Disappointing

Disliked: The value for the money was awful, no coffee maker in the room, the food prices at the restaurant were.very high, there was no fridge and you could only get towel change after 3 days. Overall I would never stay here again.
