Liked: I did like the motel. Comfortable
Disliked: Can you please fix the bathroom door. It is definitely need to be fix. I couldn't close the bathroom door. I end up close the blind in the dinning room so Noone can see me using the restroom. I like my private space. I didn't know you do breakfast meal. Until few day later I found it in my junk email. There was 1 staff available? Is there supposed to be a staff in the office all day. Just in case anyone need any assistance etc.

Disliked: Office wasn't open, so I couldn't get into the laundry, which was locked at 3.30 pm on a Wednesday. No one at the office at checkput at 10 am and locked. Office was unattended most of the time other than check in.Chairs were ripped in the room. Towels were thin and noticed their policy on towels was ridiculous if soiled to change $29 for what I'd consider a rag quality towel.No evacuation procedure was displayed in room or fire extinguisher locations, given the room had a kitchenette. With no office staff, i see potential H/S risks

Good Motel Close to the...

Liked: Spacious room, comfy beds, good for a short stay . The ground floor made access easier but zero privacy as all other residents walked past the room. Had to keep curtains and blinds shut. Good washer/drier but you need change. Close to the airport so good for an early morning flight.
Disliked: Some items listed on description not present. No sofa and standard double bed not extra large as advertised. Also no laptop safe, no alarm clock or phone in the room. TV no internet so only Freeview channels. Door to the bathroom had no handle and didn't shut properly. None of these (except bed) was a real issue but room should be as advertised.

Stay at Alpha Motel

Liked: The apartment was very spacious, had a full kitchen and the bed was so comfy, close proximity to shopping and everywhere we were going.It's really nice having a spa bath in the room as well.
