Fun and rather special hotel...

Liked: Location, customer service, great room and very efficient. My son burnt his hand on the toast making machine and staff immediately offered first aid and an ice pack. They even vacuum packed the ice bag so it didn’t leak when it melted. First class… also loved the ginger shots at breakfast.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The hotel itself is excellent....

Disliked: Very disappointed with the food. We ordered in the bar as we had a dog. When the food arrived it was almost cold. The club sandwich was very poor and lacked fillings.

Wouldnt recommend

Liked: I had high hopes for the hotel moment, facilities were good and the staff were professional breakfast was great.
Disliked: I had one incident that was so disturbing, I ordered from pillow because I had neck pain after staying one night and it took 2 hours to get us the pillows. But the crazy thing that the staff that brought us the pillows didnt ring the doorbell neither a single time just stormed in the room like a SWAT team. While I and my wife were both in the bathroom and I kept shouting excuse me he/she didnt reply just left the pillows on the bed and left! Such a WTF moment couldnt sleep the night from how mad I was for invading our privacy like that.
