Liked: Room service was wonderful, and the staff was so kind and informative. It was so cute and welcoming with the chocolates and apples on the pillows. Very clean, and great location; 10/10 recommend.
Disliked: The heater was a little confusing to work, and it wasn't super powerful, but it was still pretty warm inside, so it was alright.

Exceptional service, great location, welcoming...

Liked: The whole experience at ALP Hotel was exceptional. The Hotel is located in a nice area and the units are clean and tidy with all the amenities you need for a great stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful and we would particularly like to acknowledge the wonderful service from Tahir, he made our stay exceptional, highly recommend a stay at this Hotel, we will stay here again when we are next in Amsterdam.

Liked: Great location, comfy beds and decent sized room, little cute chocolates on the pillows and fresh apples in the room, plenty of toiletries and towels in bathroom, staff are amazing and very friendly (Tahir and Savash really looked after us and we're so hospitable).
Disliked: The stairs... not that I have a problem with steps but they are narrow and I nearly fell a few times so just climb them carefully especially if you have heavy luggage

Liked: Super super happy with our choice to stay in this hotel. . The room was super clean and the service was amazing. The location was superb. , close to everything. The beds were very comfy and we had the best sleep. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a complementary drink and few very good tips on how to navigate the city. Next time I'll be visiting Amsterdam I'll definitely stay in this hotel again.
