Unique place to stay close...

Liked: Great room with lots of seating, clean bathroom, unique space. Nice to have a fridge and utensils as well as snacks and coffee/tea. Fantastic location close to the park.
Disliked: Light bulb over one side of bed was missing!

Liked: The only reason we stayed there is due to it's close position to the park.
Disliked: It's not as clean as expected.

Disliked: Unpossible dry the towels and after one day they were sticking stinking

Bohemian and artsy studio that...

Liked: I liked the funky-artistic interior. Loved the bath's sea turtle decoration but the spa tub is slow to fill so give it some time. I thought about hottub but decided against it after visiting. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh fruit, yogurt in the mini fridge, and instant oatmeal, etc along with coffee and tea. There's no kitchen sink, like in most hotel rooms. Loved the feeling of being in a tree house, that was nice.
Disliked: Booking.com sends an email with this small print, so I didn't realize there was nobody to check in with- which was fine. There is a building marked "office" which was cluttery, some sort of storage space. I was worried that meant the rooms wouldn't be clean but they were perfectly clean. I wanted to sit on the outside "porch" chairs but realized that we would have blocked the other apartment's window, which was unfortunate. The front drapes are actually 4-5 strips of fabric that don't quite meet so there's nothing to prevent the other apartment from looking in to the apartment on their way down to the only set of stairs.

Staying in a Rainforest with...

Liked: EVERYTHING!!! Whenever we come to the Big Island we always Come to Stay with You!!! The Rainforest Feel...Beautiful Ferns and Flowers ....Those Chirping Frogs!! Our Rooms (we have been twice) are Wonderful & the WIFI...Perfect!! Can't wait to Come Again!!!

Perfect Hawaiian Experience

Liked: We loved the proximity to the volcano. It was a welcoming tropical environment that embodies the spirit of Hawaii. The complimentary food and snacks were very appreciated and the linens were so soft and cozy.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn't very inviting, so we chose not to utilize that. We were also disappointed the lava tunnel wasn't available during our stay.
