Liked: I will stay here again because of the location and they accept small pets. I've never stayed at Aloft hotels before I'm not a huge fan of the room/ bathroom layout. You don't have an privacy when using the shower or getting dressed. And the faucet wasn't long enough and water went everywhere when you used the sink. The hotel rooms were not very clean, and the floors were sticky. We had to be moved twice due to broken shower doors and dirty rooms. I will say Jodi at the front desk was amazing and fixed everything for us. Because of her and the location we will definitely stay here again. Hopefully housekeeping learns to clean better. Our second room was filthy and had trash on the floor and spilled drinks on the wall. Our third room was very clean and upgraded with a balcony. Thanks Jodi for turning a bad experience into pleasant! Also they accept Cats! And Moochie definitely enjoyed the views!!

Disliked: The shower… the shower curtain was just awkward I will take a stall with a doorI have usually had a great interaction with the staff… however the young man who checked us in was not very personable…
