Hotel ok and liked shuttle...

Liked: Location of hotel good. Staff friendly
Disliked: Maintenance issue was not addressed before we checked out. Maintenance person had to attend a meeting with manager.So guests were not first priority!!

Overall good service. Rate was...

Liked: Clean room. Desk attendant was helpful with recommending a restaurant for Dinner.
Disliked: No complementary breakfast. Wi-fi required joining the hotel honors club. Wi-fi should be complementary based on daily rate for everyone, not just for members only.

Disliked: There were a lot of bugs in the hallways, and it was pretty warm in the hallways

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Cleaning service could have been more timely. Towels switched out more. Some towels had stains on them. Parking was horrible later at night. Was to be charged $50 for possible damage and my card was changed $98. Will be returned, but not what was stated upon arrival.
