Enjoyable stay.

Liked: Loved the décor. Modern and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful with an easy check in and check out process. Has a nice pool and firepit area and also a bar inside. Bed was comfortable. All in all it’s a beautiful hotel with a short drive to everything we wanted to see.
Disliked: The door to the bathroom was hard to open and close. Coffee machines weren’t working and the staff didn't know how to fix it. . No microwave in the room. Refrigerator was very small and breakfast is not included.

Needs to have better communication.

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: I booked a KING suite 3 weeks prior to my stay. When I checked in and walked to my room it was two queens. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she said it looks like it was over booked and they gave my room away. Disappointed because they did not inform me before arriving and couldn’t do anything about it supposedly.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Liked: The general manager was there when we checked in. He was friendly and informative about the property. I loved that the property is super dog friendly too. It was a 10/10 stay.
Disliked: The price of breakfast. $2.50 for a piece of fresh fruit that’s not cut or anything is wildly overpriced.

Liked: The room arrangement was very good. Really liked the separation design so the bathroom was separation the beds. The beds were very comfortable!

Liked: The location was great, and the staff member who checked us in was friendly and personable.
Disliked: The room wasn't completely clean. The mirror was disgusting and the soap dish hadn't been cleaned. Also, we were given a room next to the lobby, and a group was there playing pool loudly until after 1:30am. The walls were so thin that the noise from the pool table - and from a man snoring in the next room over - kept us awake.
