Very disappointed on a business...

Liked: The front desk was friendly.
Disliked: The shower was disgusting. Doesn't look like it was cleaned. Mess all over the sides and the tile. The toilet was broken(chain was broken,) and I had to fix it. No bags in the trashcans, etc. Felt very unprofessional for over $100. I will never try an aloft hotel again. Very disappointed. The rooms have no soundproofing. I could hear the people next to me.

Not what I was expecting.

Liked: Different layout then other hotels. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was in a good location.
Disliked: No hot water till the morning of our last day. Wifi was terrible. I had to use my hot spot. Gym and spa under construction. No breakfast included in the price.

Liked: Very clean and and the best staff we have had at a hotel! Angel was so friendly and helpful! Nice sized rooms!

Liked: We have stayed at Aloft in Frisco. Was very clean and nice experience. This Tulsa location needs some work. Front sliding door was dirty, our room did not smell clean, the bathroom shower door was broken, the shower water was very very hot and would need to be turned up & down to control an even temp. Towels very thin for showering, lighting in our room was too dim at night. The 2 Queen room is spacious, beds super comfortable, we really liked queen beds were away from front door for noise control.We had softball girls team staying at the hotel. With no breakfast options but $4-5 dollar sandwiches etc, parent have to take these girls out for breakfast. Probably had an early game to play so not convenient for families. Cable TV was nice feature, but no channel listing provided. Very difficult to work with.
