The room set up was really neat! It was not like walking into a room in other hotels with the same old layout. It felt like an apartment. The staff were friendly. Extra staff were present to check in concert folks on the day of the event - great management decision!

Disliked: The room was great, but the shower only had a flimsy shower curtain, which fell down, so water sprayed all over the bathroom. Would have liked to have enjoyed the great water pressure and a nice morning shower, but that was not possible.
