The room set up was really neat! It was not like walking into a room in other hotels with the same old layout. It felt like an apartment. The staff were friendly. Extra staff were present to check in concert folks on the day of the event - great management decision!

Disliked: The staff members Eric that checked us in made the experience sour. She was extremely nice to the parties checking in before us and then her demeanor changed when it was our turn. She was rude and not helpful at all! She stated they didn’t except my form of payment and then the system accepted my payment… I’ve stayed at the location in Glendale Arizona many times and always had a wonderful stay which is why I choose to stay here but never again! Thanks Eric for your disgusting behavior you’ve definitely changed my mind about what types of people are welcomed at the Aloft in downtown Tulsa.

The A/C was LOUD and...

Liked: The design is modern and was very clean.
Disliked: The location is not great right, but the parking lot is gated. In the room every time the A/C sounded like a plane taking off, ridiculously loud! The shower and toilet are all one room and the floor is all the same, so when you try to shower you just get water EVERYWHERE! the design was not through.

Liked: I booked a double but they only allowed me to have a KING. They said they were out of doubles. Not very friendly or helpful. No phone in room
