Nice place but really need...

Liked: Great location and beautiful scenery.
Disliked: We were supposed to receive cleaning service, but never did. We called and asked about it and were told they will get to our room the next day. Unfortunately, we were checking out the next morning. We had to request towels since only 2 towels were provided the entire time. We also never received any water bottles on arrival. We asked for water bottles and were told where the vending machine was. What’s the point of giving us a coffee maker with no water?

Fab stay in Midtown

Liked: Location was amazing, rooms very spacious, breakfast basic but plenty of it! There were liads of bars, restaurants and take-aways in the Midtown plaza
Disliked: Nothing

We loved Aloft Tampa Midtown...

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was amazing! He said his name was Chianti like the wine. He was friendly and he was helpful and allowed us to check in early so we could go to the Buccaneers Football game! We were so thankful! The valet guy gave us food vouchers for the game too. We were very very pleased with the hospitality . Everyone was so nice and friendly and I love the location and all the good bars and restaurants in midtown! Ps the shower was very nice and very clean! We would love to give a shout-out to Chianti because he was awesome and we will definitely be back!
Disliked: I didn’t like the dark painted ceiling in the hallway, it makes the hallway way too dark . Everything else was great.
