Tampa Native loving the Downtown...

Liked: Phenomenal View and easy access to Curtis Hixon Park! I really enjoyed hanging by the pool with the additional water views!

Location under a remodel which...

Liked: Location was the only thing. Staff was overall pleasant.
Disliked: This location is run down. Everything banged up or stained. Not at all the quality I’ve encountered at other loft hotels. Had to get another room as our toilet seat was broken off when we arrived.

Liked: The views from the room overlooking the river are incredible! Staff was nice and valet was easy. Bar on site with outdoor pool and pool table. Great location right on the river walk.
