Superb

Liked: The views from the room overlooking the river are incredible! Staff was nice and valet was easy. Bar on site with outdoor pool and pool table. Great location right on the river walk.

Liked: I would rate this facility a 5 start facility except we were without AC for two days. Tampa weather is not the best it was uncomfortable to sleep and we had a convention the days there. Other than that overall lovely experience.
Disliked: Maintenance on AC

Disliked: Parking is very expensive

Absolutely 5-star experience in hospitality...

Liked: I do t usually write reviews but this place gets a solid 5 star. I don’t know where they found their staff but I want to take all of them home and have them work for my company! What an incredible experience in hospitality and detail! Hands down the best place ever stayed. Hard to describe- you just have to go to see what I mean :-)
