Liked: Staff was rude and argumentative with other guest made my kids get out the pool bc of the other guest situation.
Disliked: Rude staff,also someone key opened my door and came in but accident.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking and walk to the garage in 20 degree weather.

Liked: It was close to the event we were in town for.
Disliked: Load/unload parking. There are like 2 spaces for short term parking to check in/out. It should be a bit more evident that there is a parking charge per day.

Disliked: Location was good, but everything was abt a good 20 min walk. Luckily, the weather wasn't bad.

If the above things were...

Liked: Very modern. Easy to get to Gateway Arch, Stadium, and Bush Brewery. Other places were not visited, but they were all in a central area. Metroliner tram was within two blocks of hotel and seemed safe.
Disliked: Parking was almost two blocks away. Only close restaurant was Mexican and they were not open on Sundays. Only one coffee cup and coffee in room and did not replace it. No bathroom cups . Although there were quiet hours from 10 on, heard music late at night .
