Liked: How close it was to where we were going
Disliked: There was NO WORKING pool as stated, the room was VERY small, no dresser for clothes, and the staff was not friendly. Horrible stay and very very over priced.

Liked: It's close to the Plaza (6-7 minutes walk), where you can find plenty of restaurants and cafes, as well as a cinema. There's a Walmart nearby (5 minutes walk).There are bus lines running on the street in front of the hotel.
Disliked: The pillows were quite soft, I had to use two of them stacked one on top of the other.The water pressure is quite low for my taste, and with the shower head fixed to the wall it was difficult to take a proper shower.

Liked: The staff was nice and it was close to stores and restaurants.
Disliked: The Internet kept freezing making it impossible to watch movies straight thru. The pool was closed which automatically ruined our Spring Break trip because that’s the main reason I booked there. Any time I needed something like towels or toilet paper, I had to go down to get it because I guess there was no staff to bring it up to us. You can hear all the noise from the hallway no matter what. We had to cover up the mirror because where it was positioned you can see each other undressing to get in the shower which I think is insane.

The overall was a 5/10...

Liked: The breakfast made me and my entire family sick. We all got got sick within an hour of eating it.
Disliked: The entire point of me booking this hotel was so my son could get in the pool. The pool was down, my entire weekend stay. I requested a kid bed, and never received one. The breakfast upset my entire families stomach about a hour after eating it. There was barely any storage space for our stuff. Couldn’t unpack our bags. The breakfast should be accompanied with a apple juice, orange juice, water, or coffee. The pool table was usually, because the pool table sticks were broken. Home service never once came to clean. So garbage was overfilled in our tiny garbage can that was provided. The walls look dirty, the carpet was stained, and the furniture overall looked worn out.
