Overall it is a very...

Liked: It was very clean and spacious. Up to date facility.
Disliked: When i first arrived the front desk worker said that he couldn’t check me in since i used a third party to book. He tried to collect another 280 plus 50 deposit when i had already paid through booking .com but after 10 minutes he stated he was able to get it working. I wasn’t furious just gave me a mini heart attack

Liked: The area and cleanliness of the hotel
Disliked: The water pressure and streaming was really slow to come out and the water didn’t get hot. It mostly stayed cold and lukewarm

It was comfortable and there...

Liked: I like how clean the place is and how friendly the staff. I also like that the DART is at the same location; it made travelling from Downtown to Dallas to the hotel quite easy and efficient.

Wonderful as long as your...

Liked: Very nice and modern hotel
Disliked: There was a party in my conjoining room til 4am. I called the front desk at 2am to report it. They addressed and it was quiet by 230am. However I was woken again at 345am to more screaming and laughing from next door. Not the hotels fault but I had a terrible stay.
