Comfortable friendly stay

Liked: We've stayed at Aloft Reno before & were happy to book again when we needed to travel to the area. Our room was cold when we arrived but warmed up quite quickly once we ticked up the heat. The bed was very comfortable. It was a Friday night so the bar in the lobby area was quite lively, but it was a good vibe. They have nice seats there -- at the bar counter, at a few tables, and then a few very cozy booths. The bar was open till midnight but we didn't hear a thing in our 2nd-floor room. I'd stay here again next time I'm in town.
Disliked: There was a relatively brief but odd & unexplained delay with our check-in. It was just long enough (and required a supervisor to come to sort out) that some sort of explanation would've been nice.
