Liked: Closeness to seaworld. Price for a one night stay was reasonable.
Disliked: No microwave was available in our room for little one's meal.The breakfast price was not included as advertised online. Decided to go out for breakfast.The shower and sink are open to the rest of the room. Though the toilet was private, I would've preferred if all of it was behind closed doors to the rest of the room.Got lost for a bit,no one told us there are 2 different areas. Went up one elevator and ended up in a completely different area.Parking fee, as mentioned online first time for us but no big deal

Overall it was an amazing...

Liked: The ladies when I arrived were very helpful and informative. They greeted me and my son with a smile and accommodated us. I really do appreciate the staff also when a light fixture was not working as well they came immediately to feel resolve the problem
Disliked: The staff was lovely except for one person, Gary was very rude as I was checking out at 4am. It was me and my son’s first trip and I was confused with the receipt that he had given me. His was respond was very disgusting and made me uncomfortable after having such a lovely time at the time. I was disappointed that the hotel would hire such a person that could belittle a customer for asking a simple question. The ladies through out the days were LOVELY.

Christmas Trip

Liked: Location, soft beds & great staff.
Disliked: Shower was dirty, had hair everywhere.

Horrible

Disliked: We had to change rooms in the middle of the night , because the air conditioner in our room wasn’t working. My daughter was sleeping already so i have carry her from one room to another,front desk guy was Amazing, but that doesn’t change the situation.therefore we found roaches inside the new room.
