Highly recommend that you stay there for any event at the Kia Event Hall or any other event - 5 stars.

Unexpected mandatory valet parking. Have to pay $22 to park overnight. Unexpected daily $50 holds on your card for no reason. Crowded first floor at night due to bar inside hotel - had to fight through crowd to get to room. Room was bland and minimalistic. Fear of charge for everything due to daily holds on card. Will not be going back. For nearly same price, my husband and I could've stayed at the Grand Bohemian, but we thought we'd give Aloft a chance. Wound up eating at Grand Bohemian and was impressed.

Liked: The front desk was so nice. Great vibes when you walk in. So much space and loved the room layout.
Disliked: Would want water bottles in room. Aside from that everything else was perfect.

Liked: Beautiful, valet parking, they brought my bags up to my room, the room was big. It had a perfect work area where I could display my laptop to the screen in the work area, the shower was perfect and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: Downtown close to everything. I was there for work and it was 1 block away from the corporate office, but it is close to everything. Easy access to every direction. Very modern and clean.

Disliked: We were overcharged for parking. Front desk said we had to work with valet. Valet said we had to talk to the front desk. Lots of finger pointing and no results.

Liked: It was very nice and beautiful rooms, also the bar was pretty amazing!
Disliked: That I had called the morning of check in to request early check in since I was in a wedding party! However my room was not ready even though I got there at 3:49 10 mins before check in time and was still not ready! Overall the staff was super friendly and amazing with great customer service! Just sucked I couldn’t change in my room had to change in the bathroom!! Which was very clean too!!
