Liked: Loved this hotel. I will definitely be booking again. I loved the lobby and the entire place including the room & hallways smelled lovely. Definitely wished there was a microwave in the room but other than that, everything was great.

Disliked: One of the elevators did not work There was not a comfortable place to sit in the room plus took almost 20 minutes to find staff to checkout

Good for our weekend stay...

Liked: The staff was very polite and accommodating. I appreciated their attentiveness. The room was immaculate and comfortable. They also were fast to check that I wasn't charged twice for our room since I booked through a third party. They got back to me right away with all my concerns and questions. They let me know when they received the payment and credited my account immediately.
Disliked: I thought it would have been nice to have housekeeping bring us extra towels and other necessities during our two-night stay, but I guess they don't have the staff for that.

Liked: We loved that they’re pet friendly with a grass area for the Furbabies. They had a beautiful Valentines tree decorated, a bar, pool table & other games which was really nice. We got to relax & enjoyed the rest of the evening with the furbabies.
Disliked: No continental breakfast. No microwave.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the hotel has a very modern ambiance.
Disliked: There was no microwave on the property, so we couldn't heat up some of the food we bought.
