Good and comfortable enough.

Disliked: I would have liked more information on where breakfast was. Also more towels as we had 4 people in one room. The ac in our room was not working properly. Also our restroom door was not sliding properly.

Liked: The main looby,was very coming,pool table,out side looked very relaxing.
Disliked: They did not mention that you had to buy, stuff from the little coffee shop ,or whatever it is ..

Liked: The guy making the breakfast was nice but the food was nasty and tasteless.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. The room had a dirty couch, dog hair and I have asthma and allergic, bedside table dusty and room wasn’t cleaned because they only clean every other day and I was there for the weekend

The worst stay EVER

Liked: The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful but she only worked that one night
Disliked: The bartender quit the night i arrived. A watermain busted the next day. I wasn't there for a full 24 hours, and the lady at the front desk with pink hair had THE WORST attitude. She wouldn't check anyone out. It was my birthday and I spent my birthday night looking for a new hotel to move to because Aloft had no water and no one provided accommodations. The toilet wouldn't flush, and we had been out in the heat all day. No water to drink, no shower water, NO WATER ANYWHERE. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, and I was charged for the full reservation, which was 3 nights, and I only stayed there for one night. It's unsanitary to stay anywhere with no running water. I get that this issue was out of their hands, but treat your customers better by accommodating them. Not by having an attitude because everyone wanted to check out. If she was a new employee, why have her work alone on her second night of work. Unprofessional!! I was not happy with my stay, how I was treated, and the lack of professionalism. This was my first time in Oklahoma. I guess first times can be the worst times.
