Great place to stay. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Liked: Staff; accommodation.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The atmosphere was clean and modern; the food was good.
Disliked: I was disappointed the pool wasn't rooftop and parking was a bit pricey.

Do not stay here. The customer service is terrible; you may end up with money missing off any credit card you have that you have given them the number to - I did. There were roaches in my room. And don't ask any questions expecting an answer because you either get ignored, lied to, or just the 'duh duh duh' look.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The customer service - I made a reservation through Booking.com and when I arrived to pay I was told I had insufficent funds on my prepaid card I had just purchased to pay for the room. Had to use my dad's card; he sent it with me because the last time i stayed at the Aloft I had a problem then with paying for room. I was never asked for ID, never signed anything, not even charged the 50 dollar refund at the end of stay deposit. And somewhere between Booking.com and the Aloft Hotel, someone other than me took $272.00 off my prepaid card and I can't get it back.

Liked: Loved everything! Super clean, friendly staff, room was cozy and beautiful
Disliked: Free breakfast was coffee and bagels… would have loved a better selection of food

Ideal location with a nice...

Liked: The location was walking distance to the Bricktown district. The staff, especially Kim was kind and informative. The bar/restaurant had good food and Gracie was a wonderful server! I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting OKC!
