Liked: Close to the Convention Center and its cleanliness

The place is nice. But...

Liked: Location was around a lot. Mini golf in parking lot, pool table, pool, bar, gym, food was right at the hotel
Disliked: At check out a lady showed discrimination. At check out I asked for late check out. She said no check out is 11am. I said so I can’t check out. She said it’s for 11. I said ok. But not even 5 minutes or so later a white guy came up asking the same thing. I overheard because I was in the lobby still waiting for food. She kindly got his room number and an accommodated him. So I got up and said, So y’all don’t have late check out. Then that’s when they changed mine to check out 11:30 like they did for the man. Then I left a review and the manager said that members get late check out first. Well that proves even more it was racism because she NEVER asked if I was a member. And she didn’t ask him either.

Liked: Loved the bluetooth radio and beds and pillows were comfy. nice balcony and view....
Disliked: A buzzing loud refrigerator was irritating and did not help with sleep, also motion sensor flashing all night, and implication of breakfast availability with room was disappointing.
