Liked: The location was really great. Close to restaurants and the interstate. It was quiet and peaceful all day. In door pool was awesome and the pool table with a bar was even better.
Disliked: There was no breakfast like the website said breakfast included. The bar tender wanted to card me when I just was carded earlier. There was no cart to load our luggage upon check out and the staff was sitting on the couch like go look for one yourself. I had to walk all the way to the other location to look for cart. Unacceptable when I paid for these services.

Disappointing

Disliked: No follow up on maintenance needed. Was told Michelle manager on site would call me. She never did. Water leaked from our shower the entire time into the floor of our room. My family and I took 6 showers total in our stay. All 6 times had to clean up water. It was told someone would call to let me know the status, no one did. We didn’t receive trash bags in trash can. No one came by to change our trash. I had to ask the front desk for a bag for our trash. We stayed with Aloft because we have stayed at other locations and have never experienced anything like this. The level of concern, communication and quality of stay was that of a lower quality hotel, again not the level we have experienced in other Aloft locations. Very disappointed. Zero compensation was extended.
