Staff was great, overpriced, pool...

Liked: The staff was friendly and the parking garage was convenient although you did have to pay additional for that.
Disliked: Way over priced and the pool was freezing. We booked our stay based on the pool and my daughter was only able to swim for about 10 minutes.

Idk if I would stay...

Liked: There is a $10 charge for parking. Must order and pay for breakfast. Door to bathroom was off the metal piece so had to get someone to fix it. Who also had to bring extension cords as most of outlets in room didn't work. Finding tv channels was bad as u would click on show to watch from guide yet would go to something else. Pool was cold and only 5 people allowed in at a time. So if others are in u have to wait. Sink had very low water flow. No microwaves in room. Had to go all the way down the hall to use one.
Disliked: Ok so I mixed the two up. What I did like is how the place was decorated and set up. The outside seating area was great. The bar and pool area was nicely set up.the work out area has a tv in it. The key card to access everything has positives in the fact it helps keep people fromAccessing floors they are not assigned to which helps with safety. But can be a pain as well.

Liked: We were greeted with a smile upon entering the property and the atmosphere was incredible! Fun and inviting! The property was very safe and clean. Loved the location. Convenient to many restaurants and lots of entertainment and all within walking distance. Check in and check out were both effortless. Definitely will be staying here again when we are in the area!
