Quiet comfortable room, close to...
Liked: The bed was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the meals were great. Very large portions so maybe share and then you'll have room for desert. Staff were very helpful and service was quick.
Disliked: CLose to the airport, but to far to walk. They have a shuttle, but you can't book. It's first come, first served only hold 9 people so if your flight is at a busy time or you have a large travelling party, make sure you are there early.

Liked: Comfortable and clean, I recommend it.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the charge for my stay. I was charged twice, and I called the hotel. On the first call, they told me they would resolve the issue and send me an email with confirmation. No email ever arrived. On the second call, they told me to give them a few days to see the refund and that they would send me an email with confirmation. This email never arrived either. My last call was 10 minutes ago, and they told me it was resolved. I asked for confirmation via email, and they hung up on me. I really hope they give me my refund.

Prepaid parking scam nightmare
Liked: The parking and staff! The pictures of the hotel shows ample parking. This is inaccurate. The parking is not enough spaces to accommodate guests. The hotel hosts events where people NOT staying at the hotel can park and take up PREPAID spaces for hotel patrons. Coming into the hotel, you are FORCED to prepay to even drive in. I was there for two nights and to park cost me $70. To only discover there weren’t ANY available spaces! I complained to the hotel and the first night the hotel valet parked my car. Oh but the second night, the lazy receptionist at the front told me to park in shuttle van parking. She could see how my vehicle was parked on the large monitors at the front desk. So if there was a problem, she should have advised right?? No! She said nothing and then my hotel room phone rings at 1:45am from the overnight receptionist asking me to move the car because of a fire hazard. At 1:45am. This is over 3 hours after we parked. I would never stay here again!
