The room was excellent from the entrance - cleanliness, design, peaceful and relaxing. We will return when we are back in the Nashville area. I would rate my experience as a 10!

Disliked: I stayed here for a business meeting and I’m glad I get reimbursed by the company. There’s a $10 per day parking fee, by the way. I may have overlooked that when booking but it definitely came as a surprise. It’s not even street parking or walking distance to entertainment areas. It’s an entire lot dedicated to the hotel that, as a guest who has already paid for your stay, you have to pay additional fees for. The lobby is really nice with live music. I didn’t use the gym but it looked nice as well. Check in was fine and overall the staff was fine. When I got to my room, it looked nice, very modern. There were two “complimentary water bottles” available but one of them was opened and 3/4 empty. Whatever, we move on. In the morning I was looking forward to breakfast but that was a mistake, I apologize for having bare minimum expectations. The buffet consisted of Costco bagels, hard boiled eggs served IN ice that had a clay-like texture, yogurt, grapes, and an assortment of travel size cereal and watery milk in a pitcher (with ice). I skipped breakfast the rest of my stay.
