The room was excellent from the entrance - cleanliness, design, peaceful and relaxing. We will return when we are back in the Nashville area. I would rate my experience as a 10!

Disliked: That the breakfast was not included. When I booked the stay I saw breakfast and thought was included. Was kind of disappointing.

Not safe or healthy…

Liked: I’ve been staying in ALOFT when I travel but this location was the worse. There is something terribly wrong with the air conditioning and air. I got super sick and my sinus jammed as soon as I entered the room. I stayed sick all night. I took so many medicines just to be able to breath. I thought it was allergies. However, after leaving the room and hotel and going outdoors, I was able to breath again. So I knew problem was in hotel. When I went out for dinner, it got better. When I travelled back home, I was fine. My sinus cleared. It was only in hotel I couldn’t even breath. So, not ever staying this hotel again.
Disliked: Air system.
