Disliked: My room didn’t seem as if it was cleaned properly. There was a spider in the shower, a bug in the window seal and the sheets looked like they had someone’s leftover makeup on them.

Disliked: My reservation was cancelled by Aloft due to overbooking on their part. They failed to notify me and my significant other until we attempted to check in. As such, we have to complete the 3 hour drive home at night since there were no rooms available in the surrounding area. They did not offer us any consolidation for our lost time, energy, and experience.
