Very comfortable rooms!

Liked: All areas of the hotel were clean. The room was very quiet, even with Bayerstraße right outside. The beds were firm and wonderfully comfortable. The shower was also nice. It's across from the Hauptbahnhof, which is great if you have a train to catch in the morning.
Disliked: The evening staff was not particularly friendly.

Perfect/super comfortable stay in heart...

Liked: Great location near central train station, all of old downtown and the Lufthansa Express bus to the airport. Wonderful breakfast, nice bar/bartender, great welcome staff at front desk. Super comfortable king size bed and nice spacious room. Would love to stay here again.

Friendly hotel

Liked: Swift check in, accommodation requests dealt with without fuss, super family friendly. Comfortable beds and room facilities. Very clean. Next to Munich train station but very quiet, we were undisturbed by train noise the whole stay.
