Disliked: All good, nothing wrong.

The staff was fantastic. Room was very nice but it was very loud. You could hear every door slam closed and easily hear people walking in the hallways. It's disappointing knowing it's a new hotel! Nice cozy bed.

Liked: Cool decor.
Disliked: Very loud.

Be careful of how and where you book online. Some sites indicate free parking and breakfast included. Not the case.

Liked: Lobby bar has great selection. Nice rooms.
Disliked: Inconsistent policies. Could not get the consistent answers from front desk.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Lots of stuff to do in close proximity. We were there for an event at the BMO Harris Center, which is only a couple of blocks away.

Liked: Very attractive decor. Helpful staff. Pool open 24/7.
Disliked: Generally clean, but a couple of glass areas missed.

We stayed here for a concert we were attending nearby. We had asked for non-down bedding (allergy to down) - this is something that has never been a problem. We not only had to ask twice but when we got back to our room that night, it had not been switched. We called the desk, were talked to very rudely and told that they could not help us. My girlfriend is so allergic she would have had to sleep on the floor. After talking on the phone to the night manager who didn't want to help, we found a worker who got us some blankets - it was now 3 in the morning. Also the room and bathroom were very poorly cleaned. There were no extras - not even a continental breakfast. For the price, poor service and staff I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. And I will go out of my way to make sure no one else makes the mistake of staying there.
