Liked: i used to live in this hotel before as it is convenient place to visit customers.
Disliked: 1/ order the room with breakfast, but found out there's no one making breakfast, eventually ordered the uber eat.2/ some staff is not nice- she does not allow luggage storage. you can feel she is not friendly to customers. No service spirit at all!3/ can only check in after 3pm. I arrived in the morning, even i want to pay for early check in, no one is willing to help. only wait at the lobby

Disliked: After staying at your hotel on a monthly basis for the past year, please don't put me outside the the trash removal - noisy/loud and frequent guest should have better room selection.

Liked: The location was ok.
Disliked: - a lot of hair in my bed. We didn't even complain, we just asked for an extra blanket to remove it and they told us that they didn't have extra ones.- we paid for breakfast thinking that it will be a buffet-like one but we found out that they had a menu of sandwiches and we were only allowed to choose one. (NO drink included)- we didn’t check the bathroom when we asked for the blanket. We checked the bathroom and it was nasty
