Good location - walking distance...

Liked: The hotel's location is close to the city center. Walking distance from the area with numerous restaurants, shops, shopping center. Spacious, clean room. Very nice, always smiling and helpful people at the hotel reception.

Miami was lovely place to...

Liked: Location was excellent, quiet but 5 minutes walk from Brickell shopping centre and lots of restaurants.
Disliked: Swimming pool didn't get much sun being on ground level and walled by high rise buildings. Also wifi didn't work from pool area. We ended up buying day passes to other hotels that had better swimming pools.

Disliked: .was at 14th floor and could hear all planes from the airport and street noises. This level of noise is unacceptable at an average of 400 a night.bar doesn’t offer lots of options for non alcoholic beverages.food is horrible: ordered a cheeseburger it was horrible at us 20.00 and the sweet potatoes fries were inedible
