Disliked: Staff have now repeatedly not addressed reimbursing me for one night's parking which I had to pay myself because the "validated" ticket did not work. I requested reimbursement at checkout and was told "the manager" needed to do that, but not sure when manager would be there. I called 2 days later when no reimbursement had happened yet. "the manager" still not there and it is now 2 days after that, and I still don't have a reimbursement. We are talking about $25, so it should not really require "the manager", whose existence I now doubt, to reimburse it when the client shows the receipt from the parking garage. Pro tip - if you are not going to be parking there all day, and just overnight, do not ask the hotel to prepay your parking. It is cheaper to pay it yourself, and less hassle.
