A nice room but for...

Liked: Location is great close to everything, the room it’s self was really nice. The lobby is pretty.
Disliked: The halls are awful, very dark and dirty they feel like a back ally. The elevator is gross. The front desk girls weren’t rude but they didn’t help in any way as far as informing us on what was available around the property. The door to the back parking lot would not open with key card and had to go all the way around to the front.

Liked: The staff were great.
Disliked: Hair on floor in the bathroom. The room was clean and the door locking mechanism seemed broken.

Liked: The accomodations and staff were wonderful. We also used one of the conference rooms for a meeting and it was a flawless experience.

Disliked: Remote didn't wrk, bed was hard, we got toilet paper that had already been used. The lights didn't work
