Liked: It was very conveniently located to our destination as well as other things downtown. The hotel was very modern. Staff was very friendly. Loved the shower.
Disliked: No microwave in our room. Couldn't warm up left overs. Wasn't fond of the Pillows.

Highly recommend this property if...

Liked: We had a great three night stay while in Louisville. All the staff members we friendly and answered any questions we had. Jocelyn at the front desk was on duty most of our stay and she was amazing. Always greeted us with a smile. This location is just a 10 min drive to the airport, several places to dine within walking distance and just minutes from interstates going all directions. Request a west facing room to see the city lights at night. KFC center is within walking distance. Churchill Downs and the Expo arena are just 10 min away by car.
Disliked: Not a big deal, but our refrigerator didn't work well, so we couldn't keep anything cold in the room. The parking garage directly across the street is an easy walk, but quite expensive as it is a city run facility, so no stay discounts.

Overall decent experience, noise level...

Liked: Very clean and bright relaxing inviting atmosphere with the games available and comfortable lounge seating in the lobby and nice bar area
Disliked: Air conditioner turned on and off constantly throughout the night with loud rattling noise, also heard road noise constantly during the night over the loud AC
