Liked: The lights barely worked in our room. The room was not like our past experiences. The refrigerator was on the floor and there was no microwave. It totally sucked.

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel in the past with friends and thoroughly enjoyed it. We expressly chose it because of the pool table, because my son is an avid pool player.
Disliked: We had an unfortunate experience with a guest who was intoxicated in the lobby. He was loud, cursing and eventually threatened my son's life. The manager at first was very abrasive and reluctant to do anything about the situation. Eventually he began to understand, and instructed the bartender not to serve the obnoxious guest any longer. Several other guests in the area were extremely turned off by this guest. We had ordered dinner, but were too uncomfortable to eat in the dining area while this guest was still roaming freely. The manager did agree to bring our dinner to our room (we had to ask, he did not offer.) A less than enjoyable dinner in a 300 square foot room, to say the least. And there was no offer to make any concession on the $85 meal. Overall, a very bad experience.

Liked: Interesting view. Beds comfortable. Location great.
Disliked: Lighting inadequate. Address confusing via Google - uber. Different.

Liked: Great location for events at the Yum Center and near museums and restaurants.
Disliked: We had to ask to have our room cleaned after 2 full days and then all they did was bring us new towels. Had to ask again for Kleenex.
