Cold rooms, rude staff

Liked: I cannot think of a single good thing to say about this hotel. It is expensive for what they are offering.
Disliked: When we arrived, we were automatically offered an upgrade in exchange for signing up to their award program. The upgrade was to a balcony room; The room was so cold that I slept about 1 hour that night. The at worked but the cold was coming through the balcony door. We did have it shut tight and even having the heat up to max, still did not counter-act it. In the morning, I ask the receptionist to move to another room but I was meet with rudeness and demanding that if there is nothing wrong with the heat then we cannot be moved. They sent someone up to look at the heating system and was able to request another room for us. I will never stay in an Aloft hotel again.
