Good location but overpriced

Liked: Location was great for exploring Manhattan. Short walking distance to the subway and only a few stops away from Grand Central.
Disliked: Glorified student accommodation. Too expensive for what it is with no breakfast included in the price.

Really nice hotel in a...

Liked: Great location!
Disliked: Blind in our city view room didn’t work so we had to repeatedly get on the table and rig it. Also the gfci plug in the bathroom didn’t work and wouldn’t reset.

Great spot for a NYC...

Liked: Location was perfect-right by Queens Plaza station we were able to use the Airtrain from the airport to the E at Jamaica to get there, and that station has several other lines that we took to all of our destinations without having to make any transfers. Felt very safe, nearby restaurants and great grocery store not too far away called Foodcellar. Our room and the view (city view) was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooftop lounge was nice for viewing the city in the evening and hanging out during the day.
Disliked: nothing
