I will definitely return to...

Liked: Certainly the staff is friendly, the location of the facility is very convenient for both public transportation and all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) and the quality/price ratio is good.The LIC area is extremely pleasant for a stay away from the tourist crowds.
Disliked: the heating system in the room was very noisythe common areas were poorly heated

Liked: Room was clean and good price for the night
Disliked: Nothing but I checked price on a Friday night in December and the room was 1.5 times more which is ridiculous

Hotel was decent, room size...

Liked: Close to 2 subway stops
Disliked: It was very loud. Construction across the road which I was told goes until about 9pm on weeknights - it was so loud in the rooms. Thankfully I was able to get a room facing their courtyard on a lower floor, but I did have to ask twice to be moved. It was quieter on this side. Sound between rooms was bad - you could hear people in the rooms next to you, the toilets flushing etc. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because it was so noisy.
