Nice getaway spot

Liked: The hotel itself is very nice. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful in everything. The room was very nicely sized, and the design/aesthetic was a great touch as well. The sauna and the steam room were also quite relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is very close to DLR and Elizabeth line as well, which helped a ton.
Disliked: Not necessarily dislike, but the pool was only 120cm, which was a bit disappointing as a person who loves swimming. Also, as the pool area is quite small, there are spaces available only for 4 lounge chairs. It was a bit crowded, unfortunately.

Liked: It was more than I expected. If you have business in ExCel, I would recommend staying in this hotel. Staff is super friendly, sauna, swimming pool, steam room just what you want.Couldn't quite work out how to control the temperature in the room, but it wasn't a problem.
Disliked: Nothing, really.
