Central hotel which was beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was modern, stylish and very clean looking without being clinical! Beautiful hotel which I would look forward to returning to.

Liked: Location is central. The architecture of the building. Elegance of the entrance. Cute Christmas tree in the lobby.The attitude of Chelsea from the staff when I asked to be change rooms for the below-stated reasons was polite.After having no heating in the first night at -4 degrees outside, we were moved the next day in the afternoon to a room that finally looked similar to the ones displayed on the website. However, the walls had several marks, out of which were some hand marks over the bed, which looked as if someone had touched the wall above the bees with both hands full of oil. The hand marks has a slightly creepy look.
Disliked: I was very enthusiastic seeing the elegant pictures and searching for the architecture of the building. However, the experience far outweigh the advantages.The first night was just horror due to the complete lack of heating in the room. I was put in Room 102, which looked and had the layout of a conference room. Did not look like any other room that is shown on the website. Having read reviews from previous guests that stated that they were put in basement rooms, I added a comment to my reservation asking, if possible, not to be put in a basement room. However, being put in a room with no heating that looks like a conference room, is not a big advantage to the request. The biggest inconvenience was the complete lack of heat, given that outside the weather was -4 Celsius degrees during that night. Also, the window was huge, which under normal central heating conditions would have been an advantage. The ceiling was high, window seemed about 3 metres tall (as high as the ceiling), which added to the low temperature. Room temperature was so freezing, that it was impossible to have a shower in the first night. Slept with my hat on. As we were in the city ahead of business meetings the following days, it was stressful that we would catch a cold.But even more unpleasant that the cold in the room itself, was the attitude of one of the young male staff, upon communicating that the heating in the room does not seem to work. He came to our room to bring a bed cover that was missing. He brought a non-folded bed cover, held in hands in very messy way. When telling him about the non-functional heating, he just threw a "well, at least you have the bed cover". As if it is not an usual thing even for the 1 star hotel to provide bed sheets and bed covers. The way in which he addressed the issue seemed totally out of place. Also, he mentioned that only the next morning we could address the heating issue. Which means that he was well aware that we would sit in the cold.
