Central hotel which was beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was modern, stylish and very clean looking without being clinical! Beautiful hotel which I would look forward to returning to.

Liked: The location was great and very convenient.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing to say the least. There was a lack of options to choose from and refilling took ages. The breakfast staff wasn't particularly helpful either. The juice machine didn't work either and I couldn't get water either. Attention to detail wasn't great as when I booked it was for my partner's birthday and would usually expect some sort of complimentary celebration in the hotel room for a 4* hotel and up. As usually any comments/messages are reviewed by staff before checking in from previous experience of other 4*+ hotels.

Definitely worth it!

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and had great facilities. Excellent location within walking distance to so many of the main attractions in Liverpool. Free pool table in the lobby (other hotels have had pay-to-play tables) - was a lot of fun to come back to the hotel, have a beer and play some pool.

Disliked: Room was very dark.on arrival we notice one of the light above the bed was not working. We report the fault to reception twice but the bulb was not replaced during our stay. We were given a floor lamp. Which did help. Toilet holder was loose
