Great front staff, excellent location,...

Liked: The front staff and facility was amazing the cleanliness was off. The cleaning staff was arguing in the hall about their job, and the hallway never vacuumed our room needed swept terribly and the same 5 dirty wine glasses stayed outside the room adjacent to ours throughout out 3 day stay. The hotel is new and nice but they need cleaning staff terribly bad. I do want to say again that the front staff was very polite, and if they had a cleaning crew this hotel would get a 10 from me!

Disliked: Worn out, odd detour, VERY POOR SIGNAGE AT ENTRY WAY - COSING US TO HAVE TO GET BACK ON THE INTERSTATE AND LOOP AROUND DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. ONE CARD READER DOWN AT FRONT DESK, CAUSING a delay for 3 different couples trying check in. Just a neglected property and different that the other Alofts we’ve stayed in. Probably will not use Aloft again and warn others to beware.

Liked: Aloft is head and shoulders above other American hotels. I have stayed many times at Aloft in Lexington, MA. Knoxville was even BETTER. What a delight after a 12-hour drive to relax with my golden retriever quietly at my feet in the lovely bar and enjoy a salad and a local (!) gin. And, my tired sore spine got a nice stretch in the workout room. Staff was superlative. This artist appreciated all the design details. Great job, Aloft!
Disliked: Wish it had been set back further from the highway. Very small issue. And, of course, wish there had been a nice grassy field to walk my dog.

Disliked: The bar inside the hotel wasn't great. The tables smelled awful and the bartender was incredibly rude.
