Liked: The beds were uncomfortable, the mattress kept sliding off the frame, the shower was the worst, so little water pressure that it took twice as long just to wash my hair.

Liked: Love the location! Close to all the asian restaurants i’ve been wanting to try!
Disliked: Floors are hollow? Have to walk lightly to not disturb neighbor downstairs.

Disliked: I waited 10 minutes at the front desk to be checked in. The desk agent said hello but didn’t apologize for the wait time. She wasn’t very friendly and didn’t really answer my question as to what they were totally charging on my card. When i checked into the room, the tv was in a weird spot. It was able to move, but uncomfortable with the bed placement. There was also hair on the wall in the shower which is really gross. Not exactly happy about this location and will not stay again.

Unfortunately, I would not choose...

Liked: It was in a good location, right across from the mall and a good distance from our destination for a dance competition
Disliked: They switched us to a king handicap room when we booked two queen beds. When I arrived, we were asked if they had called us during the day and I said no. He said he would try to accommodate us but they were completely sold out. We booked our room over a month in advance and it was inconvenient to have one bed with three people. I also did not like the fact that there were no doors on the bathrooms. There was a sliding glass door on the shower and the toilet but no door to the bathroom entry. I thought it was because we were in a handicap room, but the girls in our group said all their rooms were like that. There was no privacy for changing. There was also no closet in the room. The lack of bathroom privacy was uncomfortable for a group of girls traveling together for a dance competition. Otherwise the property was clean and the staff were very friendly.
