European feeling hotel in a...

Liked: Very updated and European feel to the room. It was 2 blocks off the main street, so very walkable to everything, even the Nelson Atkins Art Museum.
Disliked: Parking fee when you stay at the hotel. Lame. All hotels seem to do it, but give a deal or a break or something since we are paying for the room as well :)Our shower was cool and glass --- and iit was just right there in the bath area....no privacy from the rest of the room but a paneled divider that wasn't solid. So this could have been REALLY awkward for many. HoWEVER, to be fair--our room was ADA compliant, so maybe the clear shower and no privacy had to do with wheelchair access or something? The hotel was good enough to warrant a call there to check on the shower issue if that was a game-changer for your group.

Liked: Great location in the Country Club Plaza with a lot of stores and eatery’s near by. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. They have a restaurant and cool looking bar.

Nice location, not much privacy...

Liked: Nice common space and friendly staff.
Disliked: Restroom in the hotel room was very open to the rest of the room. Toilet had sliding door which does not keep sound in that room. Shower and sink had a partial wall separating it from the bed and chairs area. Everyone in the room could hear everything that happened in the restroom and no privacy for shower.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived after 9pm and we're still able to get some dinner. There was a limited menu but we were tired and hungry and the food was good. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable
