We TRULY enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. The biggest drawbacks were the parking garage (nightmare set up with the gates), and the low water pressure, being on the 7th floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and it made the trip exceptional. Thanks again!

Liked: The staff was superb - incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; the room was outstanding - clean, well appointed, slick, modern; the hotel was extremely close to a ton of Houston attractions!
Disliked: The water pressure in the hotel (on the 7th floor) was disappointing, and the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Liked: Loved the location, the area was amazing. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms are very comfortable and clean! I loved how the shower have great pressure and get very hot! Alot of hotels have issues maintain that. Overall is was great and I look forward to returning.

Disliked: A lot of things. The bathroom was stinky, the cleaning was not done a day. We were told that they do it every other day. There was a phone in the room which was not functioning and the front desk was not reachable etc.
