We TRULY enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. The biggest drawbacks were the parking garage (nightmare set up with the gates), and the low water pressure, being on the 7th floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and it made the trip exceptional. Thanks again!

Liked: The staff was superb - incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; the room was outstanding - clean, well appointed, slick, modern; the hotel was extremely close to a ton of Houston attractions!
Disliked: The water pressure in the hotel (on the 7th floor) was disappointing, and the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Disliked: The room was very dirty. The blinds were dirty. The tiles were coming up in the tub. Not how it used to be at all. This used to be a nice property but not anymore.
