Liked: The location was great!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a great view from our room.
Disliked: The parking deck was not easy to drive in. It's confusing that you park on the 6th floor and check in on the 4th floor. The hallway had a weird smell. The room was small for the price per night.

Liked: Nice neat and very clean
Disliked: My only complaint was that I received an email asking if the hotel could accommodate me in any way so I make a request I received a confirmation email that they could meet my request for my anniversary with my wife. I get to the hotel and I am so embarrassed that my request wasn’t met. So I call the front desk show them my email. They look my dead in the face and say we don’t do this type of request. Then why did you email me telling me you do. I thank you forward my email and my complaint to the manager of the hotel no response and it’s been over a week. Than I make another formal complaint and still no response

Liked: It was in a great location and beautiful even with the hurricane happening just the day before. The Bar and its staff was extremely nice and very helpful!
Disliked: For the price and room I was given there no microwave. I paid for the corner suite for the price I should have had the balcony suite. The shady that checked me in was rude with absolutely no personality and not helpful at all.
