Nice property, convenient to airport...

Liked: Friendly staff, liked the airport shuttle (free) and shuttle to cruise terminal (for fee). Lite bites/ food served was cooked to order and very good.
Disliked: Right on corner of 2 busy streets so very noisy, even at night. We had a corner room so will try different location

Disliked: Lack of breakfast available in the hotel. However there is a good restaurant within walking distance

Disliked: Be careful when booking option with breakfast included. Actually this is not a breakfast, but discount coupons worth usd20 for 4 of us. Try to buy a decent breakfast in Miami for 4 people in Miami for usd20. Good luck... The staff approach was disappointing. They were not able to offer anything to make up for it. Additionally they have blamed the booking.com for misguiding us which was very unprofessional. I really don't care who's fault was it, I just wanted to have a service I have paid for.

Liked: The modernity of the hotel and the location.
Disliked: I don't think that the listing should say breakfast as it's grab and go style. I also did not like the price of the breakfast that we paid for oatmeal and a breakfast sandwich, which was over $27.00 in addition to the grab and go items that we paid for. Otherwise, everything else was exceptional for a 1-night stay.
