Not worth it

Liked: Spacious room, nice view, comfortable king bed and pillows, modern, modern and new gym equipments.
Disliked: Low pressure water in the shower, annoying noise when heating the water in the shower. Window glasses are not 100% sound proof, you can hear noises from the streets. Grab and go breakfast expensive and a la carte. Booking reservation included breakfast but it was a 20 dollar voucher per each room, not person. That was ridiculous and disappointing.

Nice hotel, limited expensive breakfast....

Liked: This is a very nice, newer hotel very close to the airport and cruise terminal, which is why I selected it. Our flight arrived at the Ft. Lauderdale at 8am and we were quickly picked up by the hotel van and were at the hotel by 9am. The hotel was fully booked, so no rooms were available for early check-in but the hotel staff was very helpful and was able to get a room cleaned and we were able to get into our room at noon. They have a very comfortable lobby area, so we were able to get a short nap in their lounge chairs before our room was ready. The shuttle to the cruise terminal is $12 per person, and the representative from the shuttle company has a desk in the lobby, and that process went very smoothly. There is a convenience store about 2 blocks away for beer/wine/soft drinks and snacks, and a few restaurants but we ordered Dominos pizza and it was delivered within 30 minutes of ordering.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was their breakfast system. They have a "pantry" with cold breakfast items and a couple of hot entrees that you order and are brought out to you, but all of these items are expensive. The only complimentary offerings are coffee and tea.

Liked: Excellent location close to cruise port and shuttle to port available for a reasonable fee.
Disliked: Not close to any amenities except for one restaurant (Anthony’s, which is very good). No place to walk to or explore.

Liked: The hotel is very modern and clean. Very good quality and if you want to stay closer to the airport it’s a perfect choice.
Disliked: Poor customer service on the phone or managing the chat. No responses on booking.comVery difficult to organise the shuttle bus, no information about it at all. No replies. I had to call twice, first incompetent and second rude and impolite.Luckily, the driver was very kind and the receptionist was friendly and quick.
