My stay wasn’t bad but...

Liked: This visit was great with location to food stores etc… since just booking last week good to know the area is nice!
Disliked: checked in was very dry kinda uncomfortable but she did allow us to check in early….the room shower could’ve spent and extra 5 minutes…overall different experience this go around… I appreciate the first experience most definitely.

Disliked: The website listed bar and restaurant. The bar never appears to be open although the lights are on. Also restaurant is at the bar, no true sit down place with service, very miss leading. This was our second time here. Our first time the tv didn’t work and no maintenance available to fix it. Staff was not helpful and when asked to change rooms we are advised they were sold out but booking.com showed 3 available rooms.

Liked: Such great staff, gorgeous facilities, easy check in and check out. Would stay here again.

Liked: Checking in was amazing the young lady was great definitely gives welcome after a long travel… engaging with a guest is always great!
Disliked: Well my tv had to be connected but it was done in no time…no complaints
