Not as perfect as previous...

Liked: The floor is coming loose in the bathroom. The rugs are looking warn out. Someone played the radio all night long. Front desk staff are not trained in customer service basics.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Liked: It had lots of good potential but clearly poorly managed!
Disliked: Upon arrival I asked to DOWNGRADE my room in hopes of saving money. Our trip had dropped from a party of four needing two beds to a party of two needing one bed. The woman at the desk made it sound as good f we were getting a better room and better deal my card was charged $30 MORE than my original booking for a single bed and two people. Even worse she put us in the room next to the elevator and ice machine without informing us! I paid EXTRA to sleep next to the ice machine!!! The room was not clean. The hot tub was unbearably freezing cold! Seriously the pool was warmer. Our booking said breakfast was included for four and they only had a handful of terrible breakfast choices they’d make for a price. Not only will we NEVER stay at this location again I’m extremely disappointed in Marriot and will be contacting the hotel.
