Liked: Good location for the event I was attending - clean modern and very welcoming and helpful staff. Pub restaurant was serving a good selection of very tasty food and drink.
Disliked: The window blinds are a bit of a faff and the soundproofing wasn’t great. You could sometimes hear other people winding blinds up and down and going to the toilet which wasn’t so great.

Liked: Nice bright and spacious room, great location. Rooftop bar was gorgeous.
Disliked: Struggled to communicate with multiple staff. They also take a €50 per night incidental fee, which I wasn't aware off, this can take up to 10 days to be refunded.

Disliked: €100 damage deposit added to cost of room on check in without anotice. I have stayed in multiple hotels all over Ireland including in Dublin and it was the first time I have encountered this practice. Also, warnings in the room that any damage or cleaning beyond the norm will result in a fee of €1000 I thought was excessive. The €100 was refunded immediately on checkout but I feel that prior notice of this fee should be given and to maybe have a little faith as I imagine the vast majority of your clientele engage in appropriate behaviour.
