Better than expected

Liked: Location and early check in for Marriott Bonvoy members, I was able to enter the room at 11:00am, which was super helpful after a 4 hours early flight. Nice window to the street with the sunrise sun coming through. Nice room.
Disliked: The main entrance is located in the parking area, I guess this is an american thing. It was not that easy to spot from the street.

Liked: Walking distance to wherever we wanted to go.
Disliked: Our room was 223 and I will never book a room on this side of the building again. There is a flashing billboard across the street that still lights up your room with the blinds closed. Very annoying and hard to fall asleep.

Great hotel

Liked: Location was great for us, short walk to Ball ArenaFront desk person wasn’t very so welcoming and friendly Bar was a nice amenity
Disliked: Valet parking too expensive, so we parked across the street at a private parking lot, ended up getting a $85 ticket given the 24 hour parking expired at 6am which wasn’t explicitly shown on signs, wish the hotel would have given us a heads up about this.

Had a great time except...

Liked: Staff was friendly and rooms where clean. Great location to the Convention Center.
Disliked: Waited a long time to get valet parking. Once I got inside to get the room they told me they didnt have the upgraded room that I booked. They said it is first come first serve. That is ridiculous they should know how many they have and how many are booking. They gave me a normal room. Tried to contact them 2 times for refund for the difference of the rooms. I still havent heard back.

Liked: Location to convention center. Great valet service.
Disliked: The doors are heavy metal and slam loudly. Very disturbing after 10 pm.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked everything. Staff very friendly, room very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
